What can I expect from Beyond Van Gogh & Beyond Monet?

  • General Entry: Standard ticket for Beyond Van Gogh or Beyond Monet.

  • Flexi Ticket: Enter within a 2-hour window around your chosen time (must be purchased during booking).

  • VIP Ticket: Includes flexible entry time, queue jump, and complimentary merchandise (collected onsite).

  • Children (3 and under): Free admission with a (free) ticket.

  • Family Tickets: Package pricing available for 1 Adult + 1 Child or 2 Adults + 2 Children with savings.

  • Adult-Only Sessions: Relaxed sessions for guests aged 18+, typically offered during select days.
  • Yoga Tickets: Where available — include a 50-minute session before exhibit opening + entry. Mats not provided.

Are Beyond Van Gogh and Beyond Monet different experiences?

Yes — they are two separate immersive exhibitions, and tickets for one do not grant admission to the other. Each must be purchased separately. In cities where both exhibitions are available, they take place on separate days, so please check the booking calendar before booking.

How long does the experience last?

The immersive show lasts approximately one hour.

When should I arrive?

Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your selected time slot to allow time for ticket scanning and security checks. Entry may not be guaranteed for late arrivals. If you’d like more flexibility, you can purchase (or upgrade to) a Flexi Ticket, which allows you to enter at any time during your booked date.

If I miss my entry time or arrive late, can I still get in?

We will do our best to accommodate late arrivals, but during busy periods, entry cannot be guaranteed. No refunds are offered for missed entry times.

Are buggies allowed?

Yes, buggies are permitted. Please be mindful of others, as there won’t be unattended buggy storage.

Can I touch the screens during the show?

No — for safety and quality of the experience, touching the screens is not permitted.

Are there discounts or concessions?

Yes — discounted tickets are available for guests aged 65+, NHS workers, students, and families. Identification may be required upon arrival.

Are tickets refundable or changeable?

Tickets are non-refundable. Rescheduling may be possible, subject to venue policy and availability — usually with at least 24 hours' notice. Fees may apply.

Can I add a Flexi Ticket later?

No — Flexi upgrades must be purchased at the time of booking.

How will I receive my tickets?

Typically, via e-ticket. Tickets should be delivered within one week of your scheduled date. If not received, contact the ticket provider.

Can I buy tickets at the door?

Yes, if tickets are available, you may purchase them onsite.

How do I book for large groups?

For groups of 10 or more, please contact the venue’s Box Office or customer service directly.

Add-on & Special Sessions

What is a Beyond Yoga Ticket?

In select cities, we offer Beyond Yoga — 50-minute yoga sessions held inside the 10,000 sq. ft. immersive space, typically in the morning before the exhibition opens. Your ticket includes exhibition entry afterward. Please bring your own yoga mat, as mats and extras are not provided.

What ages are suitable?

Is the show suitable for all ages?

Yes — both experiences are designed for everyone. Children under 14 must be accompanied by an adult.

Do children under age 3 need a ticket?

Yes — even though children aged 3 and under enter free, you must book a (free) ticket for each one.

Accessibility & Health

Are there flashing lights or loud sounds?

Yes. The experience includes bright lighting and sometimes loud audio. Guests with photosensitive epilepsy, sound sensitivity, or related conditions should consult a medical professional before attending.

Is the show wheelchair accessible?

Yes — shows are on a single accessible level. Wheelchairs and mobility aids are welcome.

Do you offer sensory bags/items for neurodiverse guests?

No — sensory items are not provided onsite. We encourage caregivers to bring any personal sensory aids needed.

Are the shows suitable for the hearing impaired?

Yes — they are primarily visual. Written materials assist throughout. Carers may attend free of charge. Interpreters are not provided.

Can the show trigger vertigo or motion sickness?

Yes — moving images, sounds, and lights may cause dizziness or motion sickness. If concerned, consult a medical professional.

Are carer tickets available?

Yes — carers may be admitted free or at a discounted rate depending on venue policy. It’s best to check in advance.

Facilities & On-site Rules

Is there seating available?

Limited seating is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Please consider leaving seats for guests with mobility challenges.

Can I bring a camera?

Yes — photos are encouraged! Please tag us @beyondvangoghuk and use #BeyondVanGoghUK.

However, no video recording, flash photography, or professional equipment is allowed.

Are there cloakroom facilities?

No — there are no storage or cloakroom facilities. Please travel light.

Can I bring bags into the exhibit?

Large bags, backpacks, and suitcases are not permitted. All bags are subject to inspection.

Will there be food or beverages available?

Drinks and snacks may be sold outside the immersive space, but no food or drink is allowed inside the exhibit. Only card or contactless payments are accepted.

Is there a gift shop?

Yes — a cashless gift shop will be available on site with curated items like art prints and souvenirs.

Will there be parking?

Most venues offer nearby paid parking with accessible bays and electric charging. Check the venue’s website for transportation & parking details before you arrive.
